- Develop strategies to increase diversity in NCHC.
- Work closely with the Conference Program Chair and the Conference Program Planning Committee in developing presentations for the annual conference that deal with issues of diversity as they relate to honors.
- Contribute to NCHC periodicals materials dealing with issues of diversity.
- Report regularly in writing to the Executive Committee.
- Work to meet the goals and objectives of NCHC’s Mission Statement.
