The Major Scholarship Preparation Committee shall

1. 1. Gather and disseminate information on models and methods for mentoring honors students for the
   Rhodes, Marshall, Truman, Fulbright, Gates, Goldwater, Udall, and other major scholarship competitions;
   2. Organize national and regional honors conference sessions on major scholarship mentoring;
   3. Submit articles for possible publication in NCHC periodicals and publications as appropriate;
   4. Prepare information about major scholarship competitions and facilitate links to their web pages from the
   NCHC web home page;
   5. Report regularly in writing to the Board of Directors; and
   6. Work to meet the goals and objectives of NCHC’s Mission Statement.
