The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort charges a resort fee, discounted to $17 per room/per day for the NCHC21 block. The resort fee package includes: unlimited domestic long distance and local calls, complimentary bottled water replenished daily, high speed internet access, unlimited admission to the fitness centers featuring the WestinWORKOUT®, $30 off spa services of $175 or more at The Mandara Spa during each day of your visit and complimentary 30-minture Swan Paddle Boat ride.
Entrance tickets for Epcot after 5pm on Friday are included with your conference registration fee; see the link above for booking additional park experiences for your group.

As October moves closer, we are keeping a close eye on the regulations happening locally in Orlando, as well as any travel restrictions throughout the country. We take the safety of our attendees very seriously, and are following all CDC guidelines and Walt Disney World Resort safety protocols (which also are changing daily.)

Beginning July 30, face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) of Walt Disney World Resort while indoors and in Disney buses, monorail, and Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status. This includes upon entering and throughout all attractions as well as all indoor common areas at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Face coverings remain optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas.
