REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON THE MORNING OF DECEMBER 1ST, 2018
Affiliating yourself with your institution
If you are not the director of your program, or you do not hold a current NCHC Institutional, Professional, or Student Membership, and/or have not attended an NCHC program in the past year, you may not be in our new software system yet!
You must sign up as a "Contact" prior to registering for any NCHC program, using the link below.
Sign up as a Contact!
Be sure to select “Contact” when creating a username for our website. If your institution has an Institutional Membership, signing up as a "Contact" will affiliate you with your institution, and you'll receive the member discount. If you sign up for any membership aside from "Contact," you will be asked to pay for that membership fee.
You'll receive an email notification, and THEN you may start registration for the intended institute.
(If your institution is not a member of NCHC, please proceed as a "Guest.")
*Members receive a 50% discount on NCHC Partners in the Parks registration pricing!

Mandatory Documentation
This year, when you register, you will be required to turn in 3 forms stating your acknowledgement of different NCHC policies while you are a participant on your potential trip. To save you some time while registering, we recommend downloading these files now, digitally or physically signing them, and have them ready to be uploaded with your application.

Monday, June 24
San Francisco Maritime National Historic Park: Ranger Led Tour
1p.m. Lunch and explorations of Chinatown or North Beach
5:00 PM +/- Dinner and discussion
7:00 PM Blogging
Tuesday, June 25
9:30 a.m. Arrive at Muir Woods National Monument
9:45 – 10:45 Muir Woods: Ranger Led Interpretive Program
10:45 - 1:00 Lunch and hike/explore on their own
1:00 – 4:00 Muir Woods National Monument: Service Project
4:00 – 5:00 Return to USF (air out work clothes)
6:00+/- Head to dinner and discussion
8:30 +/- Blogging and image uploads
Wednesday, June 26
9:30 – 11:00 Marin Headlands Nike Site – Ranger Led Interpretive Program
11:00 – 12:00 Marin Headlands VC – Dialogue regarding Essential Question -
12:00 – 1:30 Lunch - suggested location is Rodeo Beach: time includes walking to the beach and back
1:30 – 2:45 Gerbode Valley – Ranger Led Interpretive Program
3:00—6 TBD
6:00 Dinner
Thursday, June 27
9:00 – 12:00 Service Project in the Alcatraz Gardens
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch on Alcatraz Island at the dock area (picnic)
1:00 – 2:00 Ranger or Docent Led Interpretive Program (Indian Occupation)
2:00 – 3:45 Cellhouse Audio Tour and explore the island on their own
3:45 – 4:10 Debrief of day and Q&A
6:00 +/- Dinner and discussion
8:00 Blogging
Friday, June 28
9:30 a.m. Arrive at Land’s End Visitor Center
9:30 - 11:00 Sutro Baths Ranger Led Interpretive Program, Harris v Sutro
11:15 – 12:00 Take transit to Golden Gate Bridge (group is on their own)
12:00 – 1:30 Walk the Golden Gate Bridge. Time includes lunch.
1:30 – 2:00 Walk to the Fort Point National Historic Site
2:00 – 3:00 Fort Point, Ranger Led Interpretive Program
3:00-- Free time and on your own, travel home or onward!

Refunds
All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the national office and RECEIVED no later than thirty days in advance of the trip departure date.
- Received prior to 30 days before trip departure: Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- Received within 30 days before trip departure: No refunds granted
