You do not need to have existing MOUs for transfer and do not need to commit to any. This is simply a way for you to reach highly motivated, hard-working transfer students who have already succeeded in lower-division honors programs.

As a supporting four-year institution, you will have two venues to reach prospective students:

1. Live Information Sessions (Speakers): Schedule virtual drop-in times where students can learn about your program.
2. Virtual Expo Booth: Share materials, links, and videos throughout the event.

Four-Year Institution Participation Fee: $50

We are designing the fair to give your students a look at honors opportunities at four-year institutions. You do not need to have existing MOUs for transfer and do not need to commit to any. This is simply a free event at which your highly motivated, hard-working transfer students to explore honors education on an upper-division level.

Students will gain insights through:

• Live Information Sessions with university representatives.
• A Virtual Expo showcasing different honors transfer pathways.

Cost for Students: Free

Registration Deadline: Monday, April 21

Institutions must register their participating students via the Group Registration Form (linked below) and provide:

• Name and preferred pronouns
• Preferred time slot (the Fair will be sectioned into 1 hour time slots to allow more students to have the ability to connect with universities and other academic opportunities)
• Email and cell phone number
• Year of transfer
• Academic focus area

Note: Faculty are not required to attend the Transfer Fair.
